Seymour Duncan x Gus G

Seymour Duncan is very pleased to announce a very exciting new product offering in cooperation with Gus G of Ozzy Osbourne and Firewind! As you all know, Gus G is Ozzy's newest sideman and has joined the pantheon alongside the likes of Jake E Lee, Randy Rhoads, and Brad Gillis (yes, Brad Gillis!) Gus has wowed audiences around the world with Ozzy and his own band Firewind, carving a name for himself with his shredding chops and widely respected tone.

Seymour Duncan is very fortunate to have been the pickup of choice in Gus' ESP signature guitars beginning with a passive Duncan Distortion bridge/'59 neck combination, then the AHB-1 Blackouts, and now a special signature voiced take on the Blackouts modular system. The Gus G Blackouts System features two custom wound passive humbuckers voiced to Gus G's exacting standards with his own custom graphics on the bobbins. Accompanying these uniquely killer looking humbuckers is the BMP-1 Blackouts modular preamp, which adds active gain to push them 'Over the Mountain' and 'Into the Void' making any guitarist 'Bark at the Moon' in 'Technical Ecstasy.' (sorry!)
