Let's face it..we get good and bad customers everyday. And it's really rare to see a happy face, let alone a nice, big sincere smile these days! Maybe it's the economy downturn, or a bad fight with the man, got ditched by that girl, or just simply..the time of the month?? Many maybes.
Senario 1: Lady walks in with her son, asked for help with re-stringing the guitar. We got it done in 10mins. Lady walks back in to collect the guitar, and started firing at us. Reason: Cos we finished it way too fast!?
It's really odd. But oh well...it happens.
